Using mandolin, mandola, bouzouki, tenor guitar, three or four idiosyncratic types of guitars and their voices, Marla and Bruce will perform works from their upcoming CD "Noctambule." The title comes from a poem by Robert Service, wherein, as the bars close, the protagonist sets out upon a nocturnal ramble through the streets and back alleys of Paris. Bruce Victor is an eclectic and accomplished finger-style guitarist and composer, whose alternate guitar tunings and irrepressible humor have delighted audiences throughout the Bay Area. Marla Fibish is a long-time feature of the Bay Area Irish music scene, bringing a musicality and excitement to the tradition that is seldom heard on the mandolin. For many years Marla has been putting poetry to music and her new musical partnership with guitarist Bruce Victor highlights her work as a composer and singer.

Special Guests Aryeh Frankfurter & Lisa Lynn: Lisa Lynne and Aryeh Frankfurter are two multi-instrumental musicians who are well-known for their work on the Celtic harps, and their love of early acoustic instrumentation.Between them, they play Celtic harps, Swedish Nyckelharpa, Irish bouzouki, Ukranian bandura, cittern, acoustic guitar and viola in their captivating shows. Their adventurous and humorous tales of life as modern troubadours delight audiences from all walks of life.
