ALAMEDA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT NOTICE OF CHANGE
DEVELOPER FEES (Education Code 17620, 16016)

ALAMEDA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT will be requesting that the Board of Education take action on a proposed adjustment to the developer fees levied by the District. A public hearing will be held on August 14, 2012 at Alameda City Hall, 2263 Santa Clara Avenue, starting 6:30pm.
Proposed Changes are as follows:
Residential $3.20 per square foot (decrease)
Commercial $ .51 per square foot (increase)
A Developer Fee Justification Study Report is available for viewing in the AUSD Business Office, located at 2200 Central Avenue, room 105E, during normal business hours.
